Playground Design
Our in house design team are always on hand to help with designs that can enhance an existing play area or provide assistance and advise with designing new play area developments. We are able to work from children’s sketches, architects plans or sales surveys and can produce 3 dimensional plans from A4 to A1 for presentation. Working closely with our clients we will fine tune any element of the project until you are completely satisfied with your new play area!
Equipment Manufacture
FLP is a privately owned British company that prides its self in the high quality products we manufacture in our purpose build factory at our head office in Cambridgeshire. We welcome all our customer as well as the children who use the equipment to visit our factory to see how the quality materials are selected, processed and manufactured into components forming your new play area.

Surfacing
FLP supply and install various safer surfaces complying with BS EN 1177 including Wetpour rubber, Fenplay Softfall synthetic surfacing, Fenplay Fibrefall, Grass Saver Matting and various loose fill surfaces. In most cases any sub-base can be used and whether you require an area of safer surfacing or simply want to create a play feature or a more accessible area then we have many options available.
Installation
Playground equipment is only as good as the team installing it which is why all of our staff are fully trained FLP employees. We specialise in all aspects of installation and are experienced in many different markets including schools, higher education facilities, MoD sites, public play areas, construction sites and many more.
Bespoke Design
FLP offers all customers a bespoke design and build service to provide play solutions to meet with individual requirements or for areas where our standard product offering doesn’t quite suit the installation site. We design and install many bespoke projects from small special needs units, access bridges, commercial tree houses for the forestry commission and assault course units for the MOD.

Inspection
FLP offer periodic inspection services to suit every customer’s needs whether it be a weekly, monthly or annual inspection. All inspections are carried out by engineers who check all equipment to the standards of BS EN1176 and surfacing to BS EN1177 and a written report is submitted with any recommendations for remedial work or long term planned maintenance.
Maintenance
We offer a full maintenance schedule on all of our equipment and are able to offer replacement components, timbers and nets for all of our products along with other leading manufacturers playground equipment.
Landscaping
To complete your play area we can also provide ancillary landscaping such as planting and use of natural play features which will enhance the overall play experience. Examples being play mounds, sensory planting, use of boulders, tree trunks and other natural features. We are pleased to talk through any design ideas that you may have.
