Fibrefall Resin Bound Rubber Mulch Surfacing

Our fibrefall resin bound rubber mulch surface is formed using polyurethane resin to create a seamless, impact absorbent surface that will not wash away  using 100% recycled rubber.

This is a great alternative to traditional wood bark shreds and other loose fill materials for playground, pathways and landscapes. It offers the look of a natural bark surface with all the benefits of a wet pour.

The advantage of rubber mulch is that it can be laid directly into deturffed tray, without edging and expensive baseworks, making it a cost-effective safety surfacing solution. The durability and therefore lifespan of a rubber mulch surface will not equal that of wetpour.

Fibrefall Resin Bound Rubber Mulch

Our rubber mulch is carefully graded and free from metal to produce the ultimate shred size for bonding capabilities and to produce the most attractive, natural finish.

Fibrefall rubber mulch surfacing system is designed to be laid onto a prepared soil subase.

The granules are produced with a grain size of one to three millimeters, and are made from recycled truck tyres, one of the most resilient waste products today. Black rubber granules are coated with a robust polyurethane-based polymer coating. This contains a non-toxic colour pigment, which gives the material its natural look.
